Dume.ai integrates with tools like Google Calendar, Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Jira, GitHub, Slack, and Microsoft Outlook to enhance productivity through intelligent automation.
By using our services, you agree to the practices described below.
1. Information We Access
With your explicit consent, Dume.ai may access the following data through OAuth or APIs:
Google Services
- •Google Calendar: Read and update calendar events
- •Gmail: Read inbox, draft and manage email content
- •Google Drive: Locate and read files
- •Google Docs: Read and edit documents
- •Google Sheets: Read and edit spreadsheets
Other Services
- •Jira: Read and update issues, projects, boards, and tasks
- •GitHub: Read repositories, issues, pull requests; comment or take action based on user commands
- •Slack: Read messages, send messages, respond to notifications
- •Microsoft Outlook: Read emails and calendar events
We only access data that is necessary to perform the specific features you enable.
2. How We Use Your Data
We use the accessed data to provide you with a tailored and efficient AI experience. This includes:
- •Summarizing and managing events and schedules
- •Drafting, summarizing, and organizing emails
- •Finding, editing, and summarizing files from cloud drives
- •Automating repetitive tasks in Jira and GitHub
- •Managing Slack interactions (e.g., summarizing channels, drafting replies)
- •Providing a unified overview of your productivity tools
3. Data Storage and Security
We follow industry-standard practices to protect your data:
- •Encryption: All data is encrypted in transit and at rest (AES-256 or equivalent)
- •Data Isolation: Your data is only accessible to your account and the AI assistant operating on your behalf
- •No Third-Party Selling: We never sell or share your data for marketing or advertisement purposes
4. Use of Google User Data
In compliance with Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements:
- •We do not use data obtained from Google APIs to train or improve any generalized AI/ML models
- •All Google user data is used only to perform user-authorized actions within Dume
- •We do not share Google user data with third parties
5. No Human Access
Unless you explicitly request technical support, no human at Stackgrid Technologies will access your data. All processing is done by the AI autonomously.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
- •You may disconnect any integration (e.g., Google, Jira, Slack, etc.) at any time
- •You may request complete data deletion by contacting us at support@dume.ai
- •Deleted data is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days of your request
7. Third-Party Sharing
We do not share your personal or integration data with third-party vendors, advertisers, or data brokers. We may use subprocessors (e.g., for cloud hosting), but they are bound by strict data processing agreements and cannot access your data for any other purpose.
